You can contact the Support Team directly through the VyprVPN App.
To contact Support:
- Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines in the top left corner) on your device
- Select Support from the menu
- Select Contact Support
- Fill out the requested information in the form provided (For connection related issues, you can send the support team you connection logs by clicking Include Connection Logs)
- Click Send to Support to send the form to the Support Team
