When you are unable to log into the control panel, it is commonly due to credential issues.
Please note that your Golden Frog username is the email address you used when you signed up for an account with Golden Frog. Your username (email address) and password are both case sensitive; please ensure that you are entering your username with the same capital and lowercase letters that you used when you signed up.

After changing your password, please test the new password by logging into the control panel here.
